Care Instructions

Spot clean is best. Can be machine washed in either gentle or handwash cycle with mild detergent. Air Dry. Spot iron if needed.

Purchased Orders - Excluding Custom Orders

What you purchase is what you get. It's already made and ready to ship, usually within 1-3 business days. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipping the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Custom Orders

Currently not accepting custom orders or request.

Excessive Shipping Charges

Sometimes the Etsy system has some issues figuring out the shipping if multiple items are bought. I go through each invoice to make sure it's accurate. I'll refund the excessive portion of the shipping charges and will let you know through message.

Packaging and Shipping

Most all orders are shipped in a bubble mailer, usually purple. The items are wrapped in bubble warp and certain areas will be wrapped more than once. Orders over $35.00 (not including shipping charges) you will receive free FIRST CLASS shipping. Most all orders are shipped FIRST CLASS, which will take approximately 3-5 days. If you need it soon, please reach out to me. If you order enough for the weight to be more than 1 pound, it will be shipped USPS PRIORITY, which is 1-3 days.

Returned Package or Missing Address Information

If I've not heard from you regarding a different address, I'll reach out through messenger. If I do not hear back within 7 days, I'll cancel the order and refund the original amount minus the shipping cost. Missing Address Information: Please make sure your address is complete and correct before making the purchase. If there is missing information, I will contact you through message. If nothing received within 48 hours, I'll cancel the order and send a refund.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, this happens occasionally. I cannot control what happens once the package is in the USPS hands. Please make sure before the purchase your mailing information is correct. I double check everything before giving the package over to the USPS. If you have not received your package after 1 week, check the tracking information on your purchase. If it shows "delivered", then the package has left the hands of the USPS. After "delivered" it will also show were, such as "Front Door/Porch" etc. If you still have not received the package, check with neighbors or if in a building check the main office. If the package still has not shown up, please contact me. I will help as much as possible.

Returns and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, except for custom orders:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: Please use the same packaging as the item was received in. Take care in wrapping as best as you can in the same matter as it was received. Item must be received in the same condition as it was shipped out. Once received I'll refund the total amount.
